Transcend has advised serial entrepreneur Bill Hall on the sale of Data & Power Solutions Limited (“DPS”).
DPS is a leading independent supplier of power distribution units to the fast-growing server room sector, supplying major corporates with large server rooms, outsourced data room providers and rack manufacturers.
Managing Director Theo Spittel has taken a substantial minority stake in DPS.
