Steve Bartlett of Transcend Corporate advised the management team of World Trade Group in their £27m secondary buy-out. The transaction saw the businesses existing private backers exit and private equity house Kester Capital come in as new funders. Steve provided analysis, advice and support to the management team to ensure they got the best deal.
