Chloe Fisher

Chloe joined the team in February 2022 as an executive in the mergers and acquisitions team at Transcend. She was previously at PwC where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant.

Zoe Hacking

Zoe is a Manager in the Transcend M&A team.  She joined Transcend in May 2023. She achieved her Chartered Accountancy qualification at EY and has previous experience within the Midlands SME market as a Corporate Finance Executive at a Top 10 Accountancy firm.

Eugenie Clay

Eugenie joined Transcend in July 2018 as a PA. 

She joined us from the Wesleyan Assurance Society, where she supported the Company Secretary and Group Executives. Prior to this she worked in the Birmingham office of a national private equity firm.

Harvey Thiara

Harvey is a Manager in the M&A team at Transcend. Harvey joined in September 2022. He was previously at KPMG, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Harvey is a graduate of University College London and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
