Transcend Corporate partner, Ian Aldridge, commented: “We are delighted to have helped Dr Hagan and his fellow shareholders on the crystallisation of value in their business. This is a great deal for all parties including shareholders, employees, mTAB, and their clients.”

Alex Gelman, CEO of mTAB, said: “We have known and worked with GAMMA for more than twenty years, and this transaction provides mTAB with a key presence throughout Europe and parts of Asia, making mTAB a truly global organisation. With our combined global presence, including offices in Anaheim, Detroit, Tokyo, Essex, and Shanghai, mTAB can more effectively service its global clientele.  We are excited by the new opportunities for our combined businesses.”
