With over a decade of experience advising on corporate transactions in the Midlands marketplace, Craig brings valuable insights and a proven track record of success. Prior to joining Transcend Corporate Craig worked for a boutique corporate finance practice and two top ten accounting firms. He began his career at Deloitte LLP, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant while working within their Audit and Advisory team. Craig’s comprehensive experience in both advisory and industry roles, including leading financial planning and analysis functions in the energy retail and aerospace sectors, positions him as a strategic asset for Transcend Corporate and its clients.
Zoe has joined Transcend Corporate as an Executive in the M&A team. With a strong background in finance and extensive experience in the Midlands SME market, Zoe’s appointment further enhances Transcend Corporate’s capabilities in executing successful M&A transactions. Zoe gained her Chartered Accountancy qualification at EY and previously served as a Corporate Finance Executive at a Top 10 Accountancy firm. Her expertise in financial analysis and corporate finance will be instrumental in delivering exceptional results for Transcend Corporate’s clients.
