We are delighted to announce that Transcend Corporate has appointed Matthew Imison as a new partner of the firm.
Matthew joins following a five year spell at Deutsche Bank and previously was in the Ernst & Young Corporate Finance Team, in each case in Birmingham. Transcend Corporate is committed to the Midlands market and Matthew’s recruitment will significantly strengthen the Colmore Row based team.
Matthew’s arrival follows a period of intense activity which, has seen three deal completions over the summer together with a strong pipeline of deals in progress.
