We are delighted to announce the arrival of Ed Lane at Transcend as dedicated deal origination Director.
Ed joins us to focus on identifying, building relationships with and creating value for UK owner-managed businesses and entrepreneurs through sales, acquisitions and succession planning, often at pivotal moments in their journey.
Ed joins us from LDC where he worked with founders and entrepreneurs in a variety of sectors, leading to equity investment in several instances. He has previously held relationship management and client origination roles at Credit Suisse, Barclays, L’Oréal and PwC.
