We are delighted to announce that Transcend Corporate continues to grow and has appointed James Cooper as a new partner of the firm, specialising in Industrial Products.
James joins us following twelve years at IMI plc in the corporate M&A team and more recently in senior finance roles. James previously worked in Corporate Finance for Deloitte in Birmingham and in corporate M&A for Celesio AG.
We are also pleased to announce the recruitment of Tom Nash, who joins us from the Forensics team at PwC. James and Tom’s recruitment will significantly strengthen the Transcend team and demonstrates our commitment to mid-market corporate finance.
