The technology team at Transcend Corporate, led by Steve Bartlett, have advised the shareholders of Technology Blueprint Limited (“Technology Blueprint”) on the sale of their business to Volaris Group Inc (“Volaris”).
Technology Blueprint are a market leading SaaS software solutions provider to the property technology sector, with over 25 years’ experience. Their SaaS software solutions offer an innovative, scalable, and effective solution to clients in the real estate sales, letting and management market. The business has established a market leading position through its’ focus on innovation and anticipation of market growth dynamics.
Technology Blueprint is led by software entrepreneur Vik Tara. He and the whole management team remain to continue leading the business forward.
